Yeah, Miss Jea...I should have just kept reading...<br /><br />Yeah, Miss Jean can't have candles in her home because of her oxygen tank, apparently it's super-flammable exploding boom-causing stuff. My guess on the secondary explosions in your neighborhood is... spare tanks? tanks that were mostly used up and had a few puffs left? cans of hairspray or other aerosol-type goodies you're never supposed to incinerate? chemicals most folks keep in the garage?
